Order Processing
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders may be held due to weather considerations or on the anticipation of receipt of product stock. If that is the case, Smokin’ Texas Gourmet will communicate this to you through phone or email. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping by contacting customerservice@smokintexasgourmet.com.

We currently ship to any address in the North America, and most countries Worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated with your order. Click here to find out if we ship to your country.
Returns Policy
Smokin’ Texas Gourmet wants to ensure the health and satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, less any shipping charges or fees. Please contact us at customerservice@smokintexasgourmet.com for return information.
Shipping Return Policy
Smokin’ Texas Gourmet Error:
If you received a product due to our error, we will send a shipping label to you to return the product at our expense. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.
Shipping Damage:
If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, passed its “serve by” date, opened prior to receipt or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send a shipping label to you to return the product at our expense. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money. If you paid by credit card, refund times will be based on your credit card servicing company and how quickly it processes refunds.
Buyer Error:
If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be your expense. You will receive credit for your item upon receipt.
