What’s got Smokin’ Texas Gourmet tickled red this January? We’re doing a cooking demo right after celebrity chef Curtis Stone on Saturday, Jan. 19 for the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market! Our cooking demo begins at 4 p.m. on the Culinary Stage in the World Trade Center, Hall of Nations, at Dallas Market Center. Chef Sebastian Layen, executive chef at Omni Fort Worth Hotel, will join me onstage for the demo.
We’ll be showing you how to make delicious, homemade meals in a pinch using our nutritious products. After the demo, stop by the Smokin’ Texas Gourmet booth at A38 on the first floor to see our full line of seasonings, sauces and condiments and sample some tasty treats.
Also, join us Friday night in the Gourmet Market for a Mardi Gras-themed party. Stop by the Smokin’ Texas Gourmet booth, where we’ll be serving a zesty New Orleans-inspired gumbo to pair with your complimentary hurricane.
