Ingredients
- 16 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese
- ÂĽ cup Light Mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup Sour Cream
- 1/8 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbls. Butter (melted)
- 16 oz. Lump Crab Meat (flaked)
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- ½ Tbls. Dill
- Shredded Cheddar and Panko mixture (1:1, optional for topping when baking)
- 1 large round crusty bread (hollowed, reserve removed bread for making croutons)
- 1 Tbls. Smokin’ Texas Gourmet Smokin’ Creole Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and butter
- Add heavy cream and stir together
- Stir in Smokin’ Creole Seasoning and dill
- Add juice of ½ lemon to the flaked crabmeat and stir together
- Fold crabmeat into cheese mixture
- Add mixture to casserole dish and bake 20 minutes
- Serve as-is in casserole dish or bake in hollowed crusty bread
- Serve with chips, crackers, toast points, or vegetable crudités
